I couldn't help but think about the importance of a safe work environment for potential victims of sexual offenses. I believe that there are still many people out there who are helplessly exposed to sexual harassment and who wouldn't dare to ask for any proper legal support in fear of losing a job and tainting their reputation. It is also shameful that many sexual offenders exactly know how to bend the rules through the loopholes in laws.
