#4. What is your stress reliever?

When I get stressed out―I usually do during the day―from taking care of my baby and endless house chores, I listen to pop songs to calm myself down. Especially, songs I listen to while cleaning my house cheer me up and energize me, so that it makes me feel like I am caffeinated even without a single sip of coffee.

When music doesn't work out or I am in a really bad mood, I talk to someone to lean on. Calling my mother for some advice on parenting skills always comforts me and she helps me to pull myself together by giving me courage.

After my husband and I put my kid to bed, we watch TV or a movie while having dinner. Recently, we watched "범죄도시2," and now we are planning to watch "헤어질 결심." Just thinking of spending time together with my husband in the evening gives me such a thrill and excitement that I have no time for being affected by depression.

Lastly, I blog to share my thoughts and daily lives, and to keep studying English. Looking into myself by focusing on what I really like to do in my spare time has always been the best stress reliever.
